Job Description:

We are looking for a Tele Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team in Chennai.

The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining available land/property projects, following up with leads, and converting enquiries into site visits and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Handle incoming property enquiries and provide project details.
- Explain property features, pricing, location, and investment benefits.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers.
- Generate and coordinate site visits.
- Maintain lead and customer information.
- Follow up with customers until the sales process is completed.
- Achieve monthly calling, site-visit, and sales targets.

Requirements:





- Valuable communication skills in Tamil.
- Basic English communication is preferred.
- Confident and persuasive communication.
- Interest in real estate sales.
- Ability to follow up consistently and convert leads.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

Salary & Incentives:

Salary: Up to ₹15,000/month
