Job Description – Sales Engineer

- ?‍? Job Responsibilities:Visit customers regularly and generate new business
- Promote industrial products such as cutting tools, endmills, inserts, tool holders, etc.
- Understand customer technical requirements and suggest suitable products
- Prepare quotations and follow up for order confirmation
- Achieve monthly sales targets and collections
- Develop new customers and maintain existing client relationships
- Coordinate with office team for order processing and dispatch
- Handle customer complaints and support after-sales service
- Conduct market survey and report competitor activities
- Maintain daily sales report, follow-ups, and customer database
- ? Skill Requirements:Experience or basic knowledge of industrial / B2B sales




- Understanding of CNC, VMC, machining or manufacturing industry preferred
- Positive communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in field sales
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & WhatsApp Business
- ? Qualification:Diploma / BE / B.Tech (Mechanical preferred)
- ITI with relevant experience can also apply
- ? Language Requirements:Gujarati & Hindi mandatory
- Basic English preferred
- ? Other Requirements:Two-wheeler with valid license preferred
- Willingness to travel within assigned area
