1. Receive and verify materials, spares, consumables, and tools against delivery documents.
2. Maintain accurate stock records and update all receipts/issues in the system.
3. Issue materials only against authorized requests and maintain proper records.
4. Monitor stock levels and inform management about low-stock and critical items.
5. Maintain stock of RMC plant spare parts, lubricants, electrical items, safety materials, etc.
6. Conduct regular physical stock verification and report discrepancies.
7. Maintain GRN, issue slips, return notes, challans, and other store documents.
8. Ensure proper storage, labeling, cleanliness, and safety of all materials.
9. Coordinate with Purchase, Maintenance, Accounts, and Plant Operations teams.
10. Prevent material loss, damage, and unauthorized usage.
