**Position:** Event Curator

**Location:** Gurgaon (Work From Office)

We are looking for a passionate and creative **Event Curator** who can understand client requirements, curate memorable event experiences, and ensure seamless planning and execution.

## Key Responsibilities

* Understand client requirements and curate personalized event experiences.

* Coordinate with clients to finalize themes, décor, catering, entertainment, and venue selection.

* Prepare event proposals, quotations, and presentations.

* Liaise with vendors, venues, and internal teams for smooth event execution.

* Ensure timely planning and flawless coordination before and during events.

* Build strong relationships with clients and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

* Stay updated with the latest event trends, décor concepts, and hospitality standards.

* Support the sales team in converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.

## Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in **Hotel Management, Hospitality Management,



Event Management**, or a related field.

* **Excellent spoken and written English** is mandatory.

* Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.

* Creative mindset with attention to detail.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple events simultaneously.

* Willingness to work on weekends or holidays as per event schedules.

## Preferred Experience

* **Freshers** with a Hotel Management/Event Management background are encouraged to apply.

* Candidates with **1–5 years of experience** in hotels, luxury hospitality, event management companies, or wedding planning will be preferred.
