Job Summary

Raise Zone Builders is looking for a responsible and technically skilled Interior Site Engineer to manage and supervise residential interior projects at site.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that interior works are executed as per approved drawings, BOQ, quality standards, project timelines, and client requirements. The role involves coordinating with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, vendors, designers, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day interior works at residential project sites.
- Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and design.
- Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, fabricators, and other contractors.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, project managers, vendors, and clients.
- Take site measurements and verify dimensions before execution.
- Monitor works such as:
- Civil and finishing works
- Carpentry and modular works
- False ceiling and gypsum works
- Flooring and tiling
- Painting and polishing
- Electrical and lighting works
- Plumbing works
- Glass, aluminium, and other interior works
- Ensure proper quality and finishing of all works.
- Monitor manpower and contractor productivity at site.
- Check material quality, quantity, and availability at site.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely material delivery.
- Maintain proper material usage and minimize wastage.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for quick resolution.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Prepare daily site progress reports with work updates and site photographs.
- Maintain records of measurements, materials, work progress,



and site issues.
- Coordinate with clients during site visits and provide work updates when required.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and discipline at the project site.
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure rectification of defective work.
- Prepare and close snag lists before project handover.
- Assist in final inspection and successful project handover.
- Required SkillsGood knowledge of residential interior execution.
- Ability to read and understand 2D drawings, working drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
- Knowledge of interior materials and finishing works.
- Good understanding of site measurements and basic quantity calculations.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong contractor and manpower management skills.
- Good vendor and client coordination skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Solid attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet deadlines.
- Good knowledge of residential construction and interior finishing.
- Willingness to travel to different project sites in Bangalore.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Educational Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience1–3 years of experience in residential construction/interior site execution preferred.
- Candidates with relevant site execution knowledge and strong technical skills may also be considered.

The ideal candidate should be hands-on, responsible, good at coordinating workers and vendors, technically sound, and comfortable working at residential project sites.
