Procurement & Inventory Executive – Yeldam

? Location: Balanagar, Kukatpally, Hyderabad

? Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000/month

? Industry: QSR / Restaurant / Bakery / Central Kitchen

Job Responsibilities:

- Purchase food ingredients, vegetables, fruits, bakery items, packaging and other materials.
- Identify, manage and negotiate with vendors for the best price and quality.
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of required materials.
- Maintain daily stock and inventory records.
- Monitor stock levels, expiry, wastage and shortages.
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and inventory reconciliation.
- Maintain purchase orders, invoices and vendor records.
- Coordinate with Kitchen, Operations and Finance teams.
- Prepare procurement and inventory reports.
- Control purchasing costs and minimize wastage.

Requirements:





- 4+ years of experience in Procurement, Purchase or Inventory Management.
- Experience in QSR, restaurant, bakery, catering, FMCG or central kitchen preferred.
- Good knowledge of food raw materials, fruits, vegetables and bakery ingredients.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Positive Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- ERP/inventory software experience is an advantage.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
