Position: Steward / Waiter

Location: Restaurant / Dining Area

Job Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.

Present the menu, explain food items, and assist customers with their orders.

Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen.

Serve food and beverages to customers promptly and professionally.

Ensure tables are clean, properly arranged, and ready for customers.

Explicit used plates, glasses, and cutlery from tables.

Coordinate with the kitchen and other restaurant staff to ensure smooth service.

Check customer satisfaction and respond politely to requests or concerns.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining and service areas.

Follow restaurant service standards, food safety practices, and hygiene procedures.

Handle cutlery, crockery, trays, and other service equipment carefully.

Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and arranging the dining area.

Support the team during busy hours and maintain efficient service.

Perform other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Supervisor.
