Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Team Leader to manage and motivate a team of sales executives and drive loan business growth.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Monitor daily team performance and sales activities.
- Generate leads and support the team in converting leads into customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide suitable loan solutions.
- Train new team members on sales processes and products.
- Track individual and team targets and prepare performance reports.
- Ensure proper follow-up with customers and maintain valuable customer relationships.
- Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth operations.




- Achieve assigned business and revenue targets.
- RequirementsMinimum 1–3 years of experience in loan sales, banking, NBFC, financial services, or related sales.
- Team handling experience preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
