Job Title: Picker & Packer

Job SummaryWe are looking for hardworking and responsible candidates for the Picker & Packer position. The candidate will be responsible for picking products accurately, checking orders, packing items safely, and preparing orders for delivery.

- Key ResponsibilitiesPick products according to customer orders using the assigned system/device.
- Check product quantity, quality, and expiry dates.
- Pack products safely and neatly to avoid damage.
- Ensure the correct products are packed for each order.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Follow company safety and hygiene guidelines.
- Complete assigned orders within the required time.
- Coordinate with supervisors and other team members.




- QualificationsEducation: 10th / 12th pass or equivalent.
- Experience: Freshers can apply; experience in warehouse, retail, or logistics is an advantage.
- Basic reading and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically fit and able to stand/work for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
