Job Description

We are looking for a Legal Officer to manage day-to-day legal, contractual and compliance matters of the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft and review business agreements, contracts, NDAs and Terms & Conditions.
- Handle legal notices, complaints and commercial disputes.
- Review vendor, supplier, franchise, customer and employee agreements.
- Support HR in employee-related legal and labour matters.
- Maintain company legal documents and records.
- Track licences, registrations, renewals and legal compliances.
- Coordinate with external advocates and legal authorities.
- Assist management in identifying and reducing legal risks.
- Handle basic cyber, online transaction and documentation-related legal matters.




- Provide legal support for day-to-day business operations.

Eligibility

- LLB from a recognized university is mandatory.
- LLM / PG Diploma in Business Law, Corporate Law or Labour Law preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant corporate/business legal experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong legal drafting and research skills may also apply.
