JOB DESCRIPTION: Trainer Learning & Development (L&D;)

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver engaging training sessions across multiple domains including Sales, Operations, Academics, and Human Resources.
- Develop training content, modules, assessments, facilitator guides and learning materials aligned with business needs.
- Manage training schedules, maintain training records, track assessment scores and feedback responses.
- Evaluate learning effectiveness through assessments,



surveys and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted training interventions.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Qualification: Fresh Graduates/Post-Graduates eligible.
- Immediate Joiners: Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
- Strong communication skills (spoken & written) with confidence to train diverse groups.
- Good presentation skills and ability to facilitate interactive training sessions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive attitude and strong coordination ability.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with MS Office and digital learning platforms.
