Role & Responsibilities

- Lead ServiceNow projects end-to-end, including initiation, planning, requirements gathering, execution, testing, deployment, and project closure.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, resource assignments, and status dashboards using Smartsheet.
- Gather business requirements and prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests to ensure successful delivery.
- Coordinate ServiceNow development across Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, and other ITSM modules.
- Work closely with ServiceNow developers on Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, Flow Designer, ACLs, workflows, and REST API integrations.
- Facilitate project kickoff meetings, status meetings, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Maintain RAID logs, action-item trackers, project documentation, meeting minutes, status reports, and executive-level project updates.
- Coordinate across business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, infrastructure teams, vendors, and leadership to resolve blockers and maintain delivery timelines.
- Manage UAT, defect tracking, release readiness, update sets, deployments, upgrades, production support, and post-implementation activities.
- Track project progress and KPIs using Smartsheet, ServiceNow, Jira,



and reporting dashboards, escalating risks and schedule deviations when required.
- Ensure project deliverables meet business requirements, ServiceNow best practices, quality standards, and agreed acceptance criteria.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Hands-on experience as a Project Manager/Technical Project Manager managing ServiceNow development, implementation, or enhancement projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management fundamentals, including scope, schedule, budget, resource, risk, issue, change, and stakeholder management.
- Experience creating and maintaining BRDs, project plans, RAID logs, status reports, requirements documentation, and project roadmaps.
- Proficiency with Smartsheet for project scheduling, milestone tracking, dashboards, reporting, resource coordination, and stakeholder visibility.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, ACLs, and REST integrations.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall environments, including sprint and release management.
- Solid communication, leadership, stakeholder management, problem-solving, documentation, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Familiarity with Jira, Git, ServiceNow update sets, UAT, release management, and production deployments.
- PMP, CSM/PSM, ServiceNow CSA and/or CAD certifications are preferred.
