- Manage medical billing, payment posting, and denial management processes to ensure accurate and timely submission of claims.
- Oversee the entire revenue cycle from patient registration to claim submission, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Analyze denial trends and implement strategies to reduce denial rates through effective communication with providers and patients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues related to claims processing, payment posting, and patient accounting.
Job Requirements :
- 4-8 years of experience in medical billing or revenue cycle management (RCM) in a US healthcare setting.
- Solid knowledge of ICD-10 coding system and HIPAA regulations.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHRs) systems such as Epic Systems or Cerner.
