Job Title: Technical Recruiter / Engineering Recruiter

Location: Remote / Flexible (as per business needs)
Shift: Night Shift (aligned with US Time Zone)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter / Engineering Recruiter with 23 years of experience in hiring engineering talent. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing positions within engineering domains, particularly in manufacturing or supplier quality roles. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a global, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for engineering and technical roles
- Source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed
- Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs
- Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate fitment
- Maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and future requirements
- Ensure timely closure of open positions with quality hires
- Work closely with global stakeholders, especially US-based teams




- Maintain recruitment data, reports, and dashboards

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 2–4 years in technical/engineering recruitment
- Proven experience in hiring for Engineering and Supplier Quality roles
- Robust expertise in sourcing via LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to work in night shifts (US time zone)
- Experience working with international clients (US, Europe, etc.) is highly preferred
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Background in recruiting for the manufacturing industry
- Experience working in global or multinational environments
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup with reliable infrastructure
