Brief About the Role

The Proposal Engineer will be responsible for preparing techno-commercial proposals and coordinating with internal teams for concept and BOM preparation. The role involves vendor sourcing, proposal tracking through CRM, and ensuring timely submission and approval of proposals. The candidate will also ensure the techno-commercial accuracy and validity of all proposals prepared.

Key Responsibilities

- Preparation of techno-commercial proposals for Automation Control Division-Marketing.
- Coordination with internal teams for concept and BOM preparation for proposals within timelines.
- Source suppliers for design requirements.
- Update the list of new vendors added for specific products.
- Use CRM to manage and track proposals.




- Prepare the target number of proposals per week.
- Ensure prepared proposals are sent to management for approval.
- Ensure completed proposals are updated in CRM.
- Ensure techno-commercial validity of proposals.

Required Skills

- Experience in techno-commercial proposal preparation.
- Knowledge of BOM preparation.
- Vendor sourcing and coordination experience.
- CRM management and proposal tracking.
- Valuable coordination and communication skills.
- Understanding of proposal costing and commercial validation.

Educational Qualification

- BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related engineering disciplines
