Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle FCCS Consultant with solid expertise in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) implementations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end FCCS implementation projects, data integration, mappings, business rule development, and financial consolidation processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Participate in end-to-end Oracle FCCS implementation projects from requirements gathering to go-live and post-production support.
- Configure and implement FCCS applications based on business and financial consolidation requirements.
- Design and develop:
- Metadata management
- Data Management (FDMEE/Data Integration)
- Data load rules
- Mapping configurations
- Currency translation processes
- Ownership management
- Intercompany eliminations
- Consolidation and close processes

- Create and maintain business rules, calculation scripts, forms, dashboards, and reports.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand financial reporting and consolidation requirements.
- Support data validation, reconciliation, UAT,



and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve FCCS-related issues while ensuring application performance and data integrity.
- Prepare functional and technical design documentation.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate degree (B.Tech, B.E., B.Com, B.Sc., BCA, MCA, MBA Finance, or equivalent).
- 5+ years of overall experience in Oracle EPM solutions with a strong focus on Oracle FCCS.
- Minimum 2 end-to-end Oracle FCCS implementation projects completed successfully.
- Hands-on experience in:
- Oracle FCCS
- Data Management (FDMEE/Data Integration)
- Source-to-target mappings
- Financial Consolidation processes
- Intercompany eliminations
- Currency translation
- Metadata management
- Business Rules and Calculations

- Strong understanding of financial reporting, consolidation, and close processes.
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud suite.
- Exposure to EPBCS/PBCS, ARCS, EDMCS, or TRCS.
- Knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and statutory reporting requirements.
- Experience working in consulting environments and global delivery models.
