We are a young, fast-moving company where strong execution and good systems matter. We are now looking for someone who can take ownership of our warehouse operations and help us make them more efficient, accurate, and scalable.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager - Warehouse who can ensure that our day-to-day operations run smoothly and keep improving over time.

This role is not just about supervising people or following a checklist. We want someone who can take ownership, understand how work is happening, identify problems or inefficiencies, find the root cause, and create better processes or SOPs so the same problems do not keep repeating.

Around 70% of the role will involve core and defined operational responsibilities, while the remaining 30% will be versatile based on what the organization needs at the time.

The overall responsibility is simple: take ownership of operations, make sure things run smoothly, and continuously make them better.

What You Will Work On

- Take ownership of the smooth functioning of day-to-day warehouse operations
- Oversee inbound stock, counting, quality checks, inventory, dispatch, returns, and related workflows
- Identify errors, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies in operations
- Find root causes and build processes or SOPs to solve recurring problems
- Improve the accuracy, speed, and efficiency of warehouse processes
- Coordinate with the warehouse team and ensure important tasks are being executed correctly
- Use Excel, reports, and operational data to track performance and identify issues
- Coordinate incoming lots and ensure stock is received,



verified, and processed correctly
- Coordinate with vendors and external service providers when required
- Take ownership of unexpected operational issues and drive them to closure
- Support other business needs such as hiring, vendor coordination, process improvement, or special projects when required

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is sharp, practical, dependable, and comfortable taking ownership.

You should:

- Have 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, operations management, supply chain, retail operations, or a similar role
- Be able to understand a process quickly and identify what can be improved
- Prefer building systems over repeatedly fixing the same problem
- Take responsibility for outcomes instead of waiting for constant follow-up
- Have strong ownership and follow-through
- Be comfortable managing people as well as working with numbers and data
- Have strong Excel and reporting skills
- Communicate clearly and coordinate well with different people
- Be comfortable making decisions independently when required
