Role & responsibilities

- Must have experience with supplying components to OEMs.
- Business Development experience.
- Looking after RFQs/product development for Steel and Alloy Wheels for Passenger Vehicles.
- Co-ordination with plant and R&D; Teams by having CCPM and NPD meetings.
- RFQ response, Proposal estimation, Price Negotiation for current projects RFQ received.
- Business Forecasting in terms of Business plan and Long Term plan.
- Tracking and analyzing competition activities, price and market trends.
- New customer acquisition and enhancing SOB in existing customers.
- Lead meetings with Regional Marketing team members on RFQ status for various region customers.
- Collaborate with senior management in executing functional strategies and reporting capabilities.
- Preparation of MIS report for business performance for Passenger Vehicles.
- Tracking and analyzing Raw Material settlements with all customers for Alloy raw material settlements and quarterly steel raw material settlements.




- Conduct daily Supply Chain meetings with Alloy Wheel plant for any criticalities/urgency.
- Conduct Monthly Mold Planning meeting with alloy wheel plant based on next 6 months forecast from regional teams.
- Tracking and analyzing Tooling and Development cost claims from various customers till closure for the same.
- Maintaining of Master File for Value Addition for Steel wheels in supply/under development and Alloy Wheels in supply/under development.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: B.Tech/BE in Mechanical
- Automobile experience is a must
- Business Development experience.
- Must have experience with supplying components to OEMs
- Account Management/Managing current accounts
