Hiring: Program/Project Manager Bangalore

Experience Required-
5–7 years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities-
Manage and process procurement requests for newly designed parts, including ERF and RPM kits.
Execute ERF and RPM kitting activities and conduct RPA material assessments.
Create work orders, release materials, and ensure timely execution.
Identify and resolve order shortages by coordinating with Purchasing for work order creation and material release.
Collaborate with Logistics teams for efficient work order closure.
Support shipment authorization for new products by coordinating the movement of engineering-owned materials to designated locations.
Assist with procurement-related activities and ensure smooth supply chain operations.
Manage inventory reservations for materials staged at different locations.




Address and fulfill Order BOM requirements for newly designed components.

Preferred Qualifications
Robust understanding of supply chain operations within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Knowledge of engineering components (mechanical and electrical).
Familiarity with program management and inventory control practices.
Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; an MBA is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Work Timings
3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST (as per business requirements)
