Job Summary

We enable end-to-end DPDP and privacy compliance across customer and vendor journeys using one centralized platform.

Responsibilities

- Manage SMB Demo and Implementation deals for Leegality Consentin, with a primary focus and special emphasis on supporting Free plan users.
- Assist Enterprise clients on implementation and deployment activities on the side as a secondary responsibility.
- Guide SMB customers through self-service setup, configuration, and troubleshooting to ensure quick go-live and rapid Time to Value.
- Gather feedback on product experience during the entire customer lifecycle via targeted surveys.
- Identify risks proactively, mitigate and escalate as deemed appropriate.

Requirements

- 0-2 years of experience in Tech products, SaaS, or Cloud products (entry-level / junior candidates welcome).
- Prior exposure to customer onboarding, product demos, technical support, or pre-sales is preferred.




- Understanding of APIs and basic general technical architecture and components is a must: Good to have development experience in REST APIs, JavaScript and JSON/XML data structure.
- Understanding of Kubernetes, Docker and deployment workflows is preferred.
- Understanding of infrastructure components - databases, queues, API gateways, firewalls etc. is preferred.
- Willingness to learn on-premise deployment concepts and assist senior team members on enterprise accounts.
- Understanding of BFSI would be preferred.
- Fluency in English is a must; Fluency in Hindi is preferable.
- Ability to travel to client locations for extended periods of deployments.
