Key Responsibilities

- Life Sciences Data Analysis: Work extensively with datasets such as IQVIA MIDAS, market research data, and SDR to extract actionable insights.
- Competitive Market Modeling: Build and evaluate market scenarios grounded in competitive dynamics and industry trends.
- Advanced Statistical Techniques: Apply time-series analysis, regression models, and forecasting methods to support evidence-based decision-making.
- Structured Model Development: Translate business assumptions into quantifiable drivers and integrate them into robust analytical models.
- Analytical Deliverables: Produce high-quality outputs, ensuring accuracy, reproducibility, and clarity for project teams and clients.
- Problem Structuring: Deeply understand client challenges and design structured analytical approaches to address them.
- Workplan Execution: Develop clear project workplans, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Client Engagement: Support interactions, presentations, and discussions with clients, ensuring technical clarity and business relevance.
- Team Collaboration: Contribute effectively within cross-functional teams, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
- Innovation Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance methodologies, tools, and processes with innovative solutions.




- Workstream Ownership: Take full accountability for assigned analytical workstreams, ensuring zero-defect delivery.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge in Pharmaceutical Forecasting and datasets.
- Advanced MS Excel (mandatory) - modelling, large datasets, automation
- VBA (mandatory) - automation, tool development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in PowerPoint (client-ready storytelling)
- Familiarity with AI concepts and applications in business contexts.

Qualification

- Bachelor s Degree in Life Sciences / BE / MCA
- Master s Degree in Life Sciences / MCA
