Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in development, configuration, customization, integrations, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. Current market JDs commonly seek multi-module experience across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, ITAM, CSM, SecOps and GRC.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications.
- Work on ITSM modules Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog and Knowledge Management.
- Exposure to ITOM/CMDB Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CSDM and CI relationships.
- Experience with HRSD, ITAM (HAM/SAM), CSM, SecOps or GRC/IRM is an advantage.
- Develop using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies/Actions and ACLs.




- Build workflows and automation using Flow Designer / IntegrationHub.
- Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server and third-party systems.
- Participate in requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment and production support.
- Follow ServiceNow best practices and ITIL processes.
