Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage delivery teams to ensure timely completion of projects, meeting customer expectations and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, develop project plans, and track progress against milestones.
- Ensure effective communication with clients through regular status updates, issue resolution, and proactive problem-solving.
- Oversee site operations, including resource allocation, budget management, and vendor coordination.
Job Requirements :
- 10-25 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry as a Delivery Lead or similar role.
- Robust understanding of cloud technologies (DevOps) and ability to lead complex technical projects.
- Excellent team leadership skills with experience managing multiple stakeholders across different geographies.
