Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage civil construction activities on site, ensuring timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards.

- Oversee building construction processes, including foundation work, walling, roofing, plumbing, electrical installations, and finishing touches.

- Supervise site engineering teams to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.

- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any conflicts or concerns related to construction schedules, materials, or labor.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-2 years of experience in civil construction management or a related field.

- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Any Specialization.

- Solid understanding of civil project management principles and practices.

- Proficiency in building construction techniques, including foundation work, masonry, carpentry, painting etc.
