Your future duties and responsibilities
• Integration Development: Design, build, and deploy integrations using the full Workday toolkit, including Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Cloud Connect.
• HCM Module Support: Configure and support core HCM modules such as Core HR, Advantages, Compensation, Absence, Talent, and Recruiting.
• Data Transformation: Develop and troubleshoot complex XML, XSLT, and XPath transformations to facilitate seamless data flow.
• API Management: Utilize REST and SOAP web services to integrate Workday with third-party vendors and internal systems.
• Reporting & Analytics: Create advanced reports and dashboards using Report Writer, Calculated Fields, BIRT, and Prism.
• Production Support:



Monitor integration performance, resolve

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Experience: 5+ years of dedicated Workday integration development experience.
Technical Expertise:
Proficiency in Workday Studio (complex orchestrations).
Hands-on experience with PECI or PICOF for payroll integrations.
Deep knowledge of the Workday Business Process Framework and security models.

Certifications (Preferred): Workday Pro Integration Services or Workday HCM Core Certification.
