- Key ResponsibilitiesPromote the company’s solar panels, solar power systems, and related products.
- Identify and generate new customers through field marketing, phone calls, referrals, and direct visits.
- Visit residential, commercial, industrial, and other potential customer locations.
- Understand customer requirements and explain suitable solar solutions.
- Conduct initial discussions with customers regarding electricity consumption, rooftop space, and solar requirements.
- Arrange and coordinate site visits with the technical team.
- Follow up with leads and enquiries regularly.
- Maintain proper records of leads, customer details, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to provide customers with accurate information.
- Explain the basic benefits of solar energy, including electricity bill savings and long-term benefits.
- Assist customers throughout the enquiry and sales process.
- Develop relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Attend promotional activities, exhibitions, campaigns, and local marketing events when required.
- Achieve monthly lead-generation and sales-support targets.
