1. Generate recent business through online inquiries, walk-in customers, references, corporate leads, and sales activities.

2. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and corporate customers.

3. Follow up with inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.

4. Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.

Operations

1. Prepare customized travel itineraries and quotations based on client requirements and budgets.

2. Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, DMCs, and other travel partners.

3. Ensure smooth execution of bookings and travel arrangements.

4. Resolve customer queries and provide post-sales support.

5. Maintain accurate booking records and documentation.

Administrative Responsibilities

1. Update CRM/Excel and maintain customer databases.

2. Prepare daily sales reports and follow-up reports.

3. Maintain proper documentation and operational records.
