About Us: We are an established Exhibition Stand Design & Construction company based in Mumbai, with 17+ years of industry experience. We serve clients across the globe, with a strong presence in Europe, USA, and India.

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Sales Support – Voice Process professional to join our team and support our international business development efforts.

- Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to Indian and international companies participating in trade shows, expos, and exhibitions.
- Support the sales team through lead generation, prospecting, cold calling, and regular follow-ups.
- Introduce and explain our exhibition stand design, fabrication, and construction services to potential clients.
- Connect with Marketing Managers, Exhibition Managers, and key decision-makers.
- Understand customer requirements and identify qualified business opportunities.
- Obtain the Exhibition Stall Brief, including stall dimensions, design requirements, and budget.
- Maintain and regularly update client databases, contact details, and CRM records.
- Follow up with prospects through calls and emails to move opportunities towards conversion.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Design teams for smooth lead handover and follow-up.
- Achieve assigned lead generation and revenue targets.




- Required Skills & Qualifications Excellent spoken and written English with explicit and professional communication.
- Positive English speaking, listening, and comprehension skills.
- Confident in handling international and domestic calls.
- Strong customer service, convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in BPO, voice process, customer service, tele calling, cold calling, lead generation, or sales support is preferred.
- International calling or experience dealing with international clients will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Office, and email communication.
- Positive, confident, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate effectively with the Sales & Design teams.
