Job OverviewWe are looking for a reliable, hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations on our project sites in Jamnagar. With 5 to 7 years of practical field experience, you will be responsible for managing in office manpower, ensuring work adheres to engineering drawings, maintaining quality and safety standards, and keeping projects strictly on schedule.

- Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Site Supervision: Direct and monitor daily on-site execution, ensuring tasks align with project timelines and quality benchmarks.
- Manpower & Contractor Coordination: Supervise contractors, sub-contractors, and site labor; allocate tasks efficiently to optimize productivity.
- Drawing & Plan Execution: Interpret and execute civil, structural, architectural, or MEP drawings accurately on the ground.
- Material & Inventory Tracking: Monitor material consumption, raise requisitions in advance to prevent downtime, inspect incoming materials, and minimize wastage.




- Quality Assurance & Safety: Enforce quality standards at every stage of work and implement strict site safety/PPE guidelines.
- Progress Reporting: Maintain daily site logs (DPR), record labor attendance, and provide regular updates on progress and bottlenecks to the Project Manager/Client.
- Requirements & SkillsEducation: Diploma in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or ITI in a relevant trade.
- Experience: 5+ years of proven field experience as a Site Supervisor in civil construction, industrial plants, infrastructure, or interiors.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong command of drawing interpretation, measurement verification, and site layout execution.
- Workforce Management: Demonstrated ability to direct contractors, resolve on-site conflicts, and drive labor productivity.
- Languages: Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi is essential; basic English is advantageous.
- Availability: Candidates based in Jamnagar or willing to relocate immediately will be prioritized.
