Job Title: FAPA System Service Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of Fire Alarm and Public Address (PA) Systems at client sites.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities as per the AMC schedule.
- Diagnose faults and troubleshoot issues related to fire alarm panels, detectors, MCPs, hooters, speakers, amplifiers, and associated equipment.
- Attend service calls and emergency breakdowns within the stipulated response time.
- Conduct periodic inspections and ensure all systems are functioning in accordance with safety standards and project requirements.
- Perform testing of fire alarm devices and PA systems and maintain detailed service records and reports.
- Coordinate with clients, site representatives, and vendors regarding maintenance activities and system performance.




- Replace defective components and ensure proper restoration of the systems after repairs.
- Prepare service reports, inspection checklists, and material requirement requests after every site visit.
- Assist in system upgrades, modifications, and expansion activities whenever required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and statutory regulations while working at sites.
- Provide basic operational training and guidance to end users on the functioning of the installed systems.
- Maintain tools, testing instruments, and spares required for service activities.
- Support the project team during commissioning and handover of newly completed installations.
