Project: Golden Tower – Flagship Residential Project

Fundraising Mandate: ₹4 Crore

About the Role

GTD Constructions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and results-driven Fundraising & Investor Relations Manager to lead investor outreach and fundraising activities for our flagship Golden Tower residential project in Bengaluru.

The ideal candidate should have a robust network among HNIs, family offices, private investors, boutique funds, and other relevant investment networks, along with excellent communication, negotiation, financial analysis, and relationship-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute an end-to-end fundraising strategy to achieve the ₹4 crore fundraising objective.

- Identify, approach, and build relationships with HNIs, family offices, private investors, boutique funds, and strategic investors.

- Source and qualify potential investors based on investment interest and suitability.

- Prepare and present professional investor pitch decks, investment proposals, financial models, and project information.

- Coordinate investor meetings, presentations, discussions, due diligence, and follow-ups.

- Explain the project's business model, financial projections, investment structure, and potential risks clearly to prospective investors.

- Lead negotiations and coordinate the investment closing process with management and professional advisors.





- Maintain a structured investor pipeline and provide regular fundraising progress reports to management.

- Build and maintain long-term investor relationships and support ongoing investor communication.

- Coordinate with finance, legal, project, and management teams for investor documentation and due-diligence requirements.

- Ensure all fundraising and investor communications are conducted in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and company-approved processes.

Candidate Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in fundraising, investor relations, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, real estate fundraising, or a related field.

- Strong existing network of HNIs, family offices, investors, funds, or other capital providers.

- Proven experience in sourcing and converting investment opportunities.

- Strong understanding of financial models, valuations, investment structures, and fundraising processes.

- Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

- Ability to independently manage the complete fundraising cycle from investor identification to closure.

- Real estate, infrastructure, investment banking, or startup fundraising experience will be an advantage.

- Strong skilled ethics,



confidentiality, and business judgment.

Compensation

Hybrid Compensation Structure:

- Fixed retainer / monthly compensation

- Performance-linked success fee based on successfully closed and realized investment, subject to mutually agreed terms

- Potential long-term equity participation, subject to management approval and applicable legal documentation

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Qualified investor pipeline generated

- Number and quality of investor meetings

- Investor interest and proposals generated

- Amount of capital successfully raised

- Conversion rate from qualified prospects to closed investments

- Timely completion of investor due diligence and documentation
