Job Description – Telecaller Executive

Position: Telesales Executive

Job Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

* Explain company products/services clearly to customers.

* Generate leads and convert them into sales.

* Follow up with customers through calls and messages.

* Maintain daily calling and lead records.

* Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

* Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.

* Coordinate with the sales and operations teams.

* Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic concerns.

* Provide regular updates to the reporting manager.

Required Skills





* Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

* Confident and skilled communication.

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

* Good convincing and negotiation skills.

* Target-oriented and self-motivated.

* Ability to handle customer objections.

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualification

* Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

* Freshers can apply.

* Previous experience in telecalling, sales, banking, finance, or customer service will be an advantage.

Salary

*₹[10k to 20k + Incentives*

Salary will depend on experience and interview performance.
