Some of the job duties will be as below:

• Responsible for smooth and reliable operation for all the sites. (Day Check, Night Check, Client Meeting, Training, Payment collection)

• Regular Recruitment of manpower so that there is no shortage / penalisation at any site.

• Regular Client meeting for all the sites at least twice in a month and also based on business requirement.

• Training to be conducted for the operation team fortnightly for quality developments and tips for smooth operation including personnel motivations.

• Regular reporting at Ahmedabad office with all the details such as daily reports, weekly reports, monthly reports, etc.

• To work on Business development activities and send regular WSR and DSR reports.

• Maintain properly P&L; account of the branch

He should be minimum graduate with basic English Reading and Writing Skills

He should have minimum experience of 3-5 years in Private Security Company.
