Project – Backend (Operations & Expansion)

Key Responsibilities

1. Partner Coordination & Onboarding

▸ Serve as the primary point of contact for recent partners post-Sales handoff.

▸ Conduct structured onboarding sessions to brief partners on Clenzit's processes, standards, and timelines.

▸ Maintain regular communication with partners at every stage of the store setup journey.

▸ Address partner concerns promptly and escalate critical issues to senior management when required.

2. Process Briefing & Documentation

▸ Prepare and deliver comprehensive process briefings — from onboarding through to store launch.

▸ Ensure partners clearly understand operational SOPs, brand guidelines, product usage, and service standards.

▸ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all partner interactions, milestones, and action items.

3. Vendor Coordination – Store Fabrication

▸ Identify, engage, and coordinate approved vendors for store interiors, signage, equipment, and fabrication.





▸ Share Clenzit's design specifications and brand standards with vendors and follow up on execution.

▸ Oversee multiple vendor deliverables simultaneously across different partner locations.

▸ Resolve on-ground vendor issues and ensure delivery commitments are met.

4. Brand & Quality Standards Compliance

▸ Conduct VC calls and quality checks to ensure every store is set up to Clenzit's brand standards.

▸ Review and approve store layouts, branding elements, equipment placement, and operational readiness.

▸ Flag and correct any deviations from standard before the store goes live.

5. Timeline & Launch Management

▸ Own and manage the end-to-end project timeline for each store launch.

▸ Identify risks and bottlenecks early and take proactive steps to mitigate delays.

▸ Coordinate pre-launch readiness checklists and ensure soft-launch and grand-launch schedules are met.

▸ Track and report launch status for all active projects to leadership on a regular basis.
