We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition, sales growth, digital marketing, and business development.
- Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve monthly sales & revenue targets
- Generate and convert leads
- Manage digital & local marketing campaigns
- Handle customer & corporate/fleet relationships
- Promote Real Motors services & membership plans
- Manage sales team and daily performance
- Track leads, follow-ups & conversions
- Develop current business opportunities and partnerships
- RequirementsExperience: 1–3 Years in Sales & Marketing
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Sales target-oriented and leadership ability
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Meta Ads & CRM
- Automobile/Fleet industry experience preferred
- Gujarati, Hindi & English communication preferred
- Willingness to travel locally
