Job SummaryGreen Gold Sandalwood is looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive consistent business growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of achieving sales targets, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to perform effectively in a target-driven environment.

We are looking for a professional who takes complete ownership of their targets and is confident in achieving monthly sales goals consistently.

- Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Take complete ownership of monthly sales performance and targets.
- Monitor daily sales activities, lead follow-ups, conversions, and revenue.
- Set clear targets and performance expectations for team members.
- Train, mentor, and support Sales Executives to improve their performance.
- Handle important clients and support the team in closing high-value deals.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Analyze sales performance and take corrective actions whenever required.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly sales reports with management.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.




- Ensure consistent achievement of assigned monthly sales targets.
- Candidate RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a managerial or team-handling role.
- Proven ability to consistently achieve sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong ownership and accountability towards business targets.
- Candidates with experience in Real Estate, Financial Services, Investments, or related industries will be preferred.
