We are looking for a hands-on HR Head to manage the complete HR function for 600+ employees working across multiple project sites in India.

- ResponsibilitiesManage complete HR operations
- End-to-end payroll & detailed salary calculations
- Attendance, OT, allowances, incentives, deductions, arrears & F&F;
- PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, Gratuity & Labour Law compliance
- CLRA / labour licence and site compliance
- Blue-collar & technical recruitment
- Manpower planning and deployment
- Site HR management across multiple locations
- Employee grievances & disciplinary matters
- Joining, confirmation, transfer, promotion & exit process
- HR policies, processes & HRMS
- Performance appraisal and KRA management
- HR MIS, payroll reports and manpower reports




- Lead and manage the HR team
- Candidate Requirements12–18 years of HR experience
- Experience handling 500+ employees
- Strong hands-on payroll & salary calculation experience
- Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT & Labour Laws
- Experience in EPC / Construction / Industrial Contracting / Infrastructure / Manufacturing
- Experience with blue-collar and multi-site workforce
- Good knowledge of Excel & HRMS
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Willing to travel to project sites when required

Significant: This is a hands-on HR Head role. We are looking for someone who can personally get involved in payroll, compliance, recruitment and site HR while also leading the overall HR function.
