Job description:

We Are Hiring for Telecalling Team Leaders

Job Role:

- Handle and manage the telecalling team
- Train and guide telecallers to achieve better performance
- Support the team in customer conversion and follow-ups
- Maintain reports and share daily updates with management
- Motivate the team and ensure productivity
- Coordinate between management and telecalling executives

Responsibilities:





- Ensure the team follows company scripts and guidelines
- Coordinate with backend teams for service closure
- Monitor team performance
- Attend regular meetings scheduled by the company
- Guide and support the team for smooth service delivery
- Use the company application and calling system for services
- Maintain proper communication with customers and avoid false information
- Follow company instructions and work timelines strictly
- Review team call records and reports when required

Work Details:
