Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment for high-rise residential societies. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating, and onboarding candidates across technical, non-technical, housekeeping, security, and administrative positions.

The role requires strong knowledge of facility management recruitment, manpower planning, and the ability to close positions within defined timelines.

- Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-rise residential society operations.
- Understand manpower requirements from Facility Managers, Site Managers, and Operations teams.
- Source candidates through job portals, recruitment agencies, references, walk-ins, social media, and local hiring networks.
- Recruit for positions such as Facility Manager, Technical Supervisor, Technician, Electrician, Plumber, STP/WTP Operator, HVAC Technician, Housekeeping Staff, Security Guards, Bouncers, Helpdesk Executive, CRM Executive, and other support staff.
- Screen candidates based on experience, technical skills, communication, salary expectations, and job requirements.
- Manage inventory data
- Coordinate interviews with site/client representatives and management.
- Maintain a strong database of active and potential candidates for immediate manpower requirements.
- Ensure timely joining of selected candidates and maintain follow-up until deployment.
- Coordinate with operations teams for manpower replacement and urgent hiring requirements.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate records, interview status, joining reports, and hiring MIS.




- Monitor recruitment targets, joining ratios, and manpower closure timelines.
- Build and maintain a reliable pool of blue-collar and white-collar candidates.
- Coordinate background verification, document collection, and pre-employment formalities.
- Support bulk hiring drives and walk-in recruitment campaigns when required.
- Maintain good relationships with candidates, vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure recruitment is aligned with company policies and client/site requirements.
- Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition and Recruitment processes.
- Experience in Facility Management / Real Estate / Residential Society recruitment will be preferred.
- Good understanding of blue-collar manpower hiring.
- Strong sourcing and candidate negotiation skills.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and urgent requirements simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Working knowledge of Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Apna, WorkIndia, and other recruitment platforms.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for maintaining recruitment MIS.
- Target-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

- Preferred Candidate ProfileGraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience.
- Candidates with experience in facility management, property management, hospitality, real estate, or high-rise residential society operations will be preferred.
- Should be comfortable handling bulk and urgent manpower requirements.
- Should be comfortable coordinating with multiple sites and operational teams.
