JOB DESCRIPTION You should be artistic and detail-oriented with positive interpersonal skills. Your key responsibilities include visualizing and sketching design plans as per client goals, sourcing products and materials, determining costs and inspecting execution to ensure alignment with design specifications are met. You should be able to think creatively about the use of space, color and should be abreast with latest design trends in the industry. You should be an effective communicator with the ability to persuade in communicating a design idea. Responsibilities and Requirements • Cold calling and fix client meetings. • Outline client design objectives. • Create 'mood boards' to sample your design vision.



• Conceptualize and create design plans using Sketch-up or any other compatible software. • Prepare BoQ to arrive at the quotation. • Set a project plan and timeline for the completion. • Co-ordinate selection of materials and products included in plans. • Visit site to inspect design during and after completion to determine whether client goals have been met. • Excellent communication skills, especially in regard to communicating an artistic vision. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketch-Up or similar design software.
