Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in property sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert leads into successful sales while delivering outstanding customer service.

- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and qualify leads through calls, referrals, digital platforms, and site visits.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective buyers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Negotiate pricing and coordinate with clients to close sales successfully.
- Follow up with leads using CRM and maintain accurate sales records.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and documentation teams to ensure smooth transactions.




- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the organization.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and government real estate policies.
- Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in real estate sales.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Preferred SkillsKnowledge of local real estate market and property documentation.
- Experience in handling residential plots, apartments, villas, or commercial properties.
