We are looking for a skilled and hardworking Commi 2 to join our kitchen team. The candidate will assist senior chefs in food preparation, maintain kitchen hygiene, and ensure smooth daily kitchen operations.
- Key ResponsibilitiesAssist CDP and senior chefs with daily food preparation.
- Prepare ingredients, sauces, marinades, and basic dishes as instructed.
- Follow standard recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation and kitchen.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food items.
- Check the quality and freshness of ingredients.
- Follow food safety and kitchen SOPs.
- Support the team during busy service periods.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain proper portion control.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment and utensils are cleaned and properly maintained.
