Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and energetic Barista & Breakfast Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in preparing quality coffee and a variety of breakfast and light-meal items while maintaining excellent hygiene and a clean, organized work area.

- Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve coffee, espresso, cappuccino, latte, and other beverages.
- Prepare pancakes, waffles, breakfast omelettes, sandwiches, and oatmeal.
- Follow recipes and maintain consistent taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
- Prepare ingredients and keep the kitchen/barista station well organized.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety.
- Operate and care for coffee machines and basic kitchen equipment.
- Take customer orders and provide friendly, efficient service when required.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the manager when ingredients or supplies are running low.




- Work efficiently during busy breakfast and coffee-service hours.
- Assist with cleaning and closing duties.
- RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience as a barista, breakfast cook, café cook, or similar role.
- Valuable knowledge of coffee preparation and basic breakfast cooking.
- Ability to prepare pancakes, waffles, omelettes, sandwiches, and oatmeal.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good hygiene, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced café/restaurant workplace.
