- Valid registration with State Nursing Council.
- Core Skills & ResponsibilitiesDHI Needle Method and Implanter Pen Method proficiency for graft implantation.
- Assist surgeon in FUE extraction and implantation procedures.
- Preparation of grafts under sterile conditions.
- Maintenance of aseptic techniques including autoclave, fumigation, and zero-spore sterilisation protocols.
- Handling surgical instruments (punches, forceps, implanters) with precision.
- Monitoring patient vitals during procedure under supervision.
- Documentation of procedure details in patient records.




- Medicolegal & Compliance DutiesEnsure informed consent is obtained and documented before procedures.
- Maintain patient confidentiality as per medical ethics and law.
- Adhere to Karnataka Private Medical Establishment (KPME) and National Medical Council (NMC) guidelines.
- Report adverse events or complications immediately to the surgeon.
- Follow biomedical waste management rules.
- Additional ExpectationsGood communication skills to reassure patients.
- Ability to work in a team with surgeons and nurses.
- Willingness to undergo periodic training in advanced transplantation techniques (PRP, GFC, etc.).
