About the RoleWe are looking for a Digital Lead Generation Executive who can generate new B2B leads through internet marketing, online research, social media, and digital platforms for our software products.

Our key products include Visitor Management Software, HRMS & Payroll Software, Tally Prime Solutions, Attendance & Biometric Solutions, and other business software.

- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate qualified B2B leads through Google, LinkedIn, IndiaMART, social media, business directories, and other online platforms.
- Identify and research potential companies and decision-makers.
- Build and maintain prospect databases with company, contact person, phone number, email, and business requirements.
- Run and manage digital lead-generation campaigns.
- Use LinkedIn and other social platforms for prospecting and outreach.
- Generate leads specifically for Visitor Management Software and HRMS/Payroll Software.
- Coordinate with the sales team and share qualified leads for follow-up.
- Track leads, responses, conversions, and campaign performance.




- Continuously explore new online methods and platforms for generating quality leads.
- Required SkillsGood knowledge of Internet Marketing and B2B Lead Generation.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Google search, social media, and online business directories.
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good communication and internet research skills.
- Ability to identify the right companies and decision-makers.
- Experience in selling or generating leads for B2B Software / SaaS / IT products will be an advantage.

ImportantThis is not only a telecalling job. We are looking for someone who can independently find current prospects and generate qualified leads through the Internet.

Performance will be measured primarily on the quality and number of qualified leads generated.
