We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage end-to-end accounting operations, including B2B dealer accounts, e-commerce reconciliations (Amazon/Shopify), contractor promotional schemes, and statutory tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- B2B & E-Commerce Accounting:
- Reconcile daily Amazon Seller Central and online marketplace sales, returns, fees, and payouts.
- Manage B2B sales invoicing, dealer ledgers, credit notes, and outstanding receivables tracking.
- Painter & Contractor Schemes:
- Track, verify, and reconcile painter loyalty schemes, discount structures, token redemptions, and payout incentives.
- Taxation & Statutory Compliance:
- Handle complete GST operations with the help of CA: GSTR-1, GSTR-3B preparation and filing, GSTR-2B matching, E-way bills, and E-invoicing.
- Manage Income Tax compliance with the help of Income Tax lawyer, including monthly TDS deduction, deposit, quarterly TDS returns (24Q/26Q), and Advance Tax calculations.
- Reporting & Audits:
- Maintain general ledger, process vendor payments, and perform monthly bank/payment gateway reconciliations.
- Prepare Monthly P&L;, balance sheets, and assist CA during annual statutory audits.
