Manage day-to-day outlet operations and ensure smooth opening/closing.
Achieve daily sales and revenue targets.
Manage staff attendance, shifts, discipline and productivity.
Ensure product quality, freshness, presentation and availability as per SOP.
Maintain high standards of customer service and complaint resolution.
Monitor stock, wastage, expiry and daily inventory.
Ensure proper cash handling, billing and daily sales reconciliation.
Coordinate with the factory, dispatch and management team for stock and requirements.
Maintain outlet cleanliness, hygiene, food safety and visual standards.
Train and motivate the outlet team and ensure SOP compliance.
Monitor Zomato/Swiggy and takeaway orders and ensure timely dispatch.
Share daily reports on sales, wastage, stock, complaints and staff attendance.
