Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Executive & Telecaller with 1–5 years of experience in Real Estate Digital Marketing. The candidate will be responsible for generating and managing online leads, handling digital marketing activities, making follow-up calls, communicating with prospective customers, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into site visits and sales.

- Key ResponsibilitiesDigital MarketingPlan and execute digital marketing activities for real estate projects.
- Manage and monitor Facebook, Instagram, Google and other digital platforms.
- Create and coordinate content for social media posts, reels, videos and project promotions.
- Generate qualified leads through digital marketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, leads, enquiries and conversions.
- Coordinate with creative/design teams for marketing materials.
- Maintain proper records of digital leads and campaign data.
- Track competitors, market trends and online real estate promotions.
- Follow up with marketing agencies/vendors wherever required.
- Lead Management & TelecallingHandle incoming leads received through digital marketing campaigns.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain project details.
- Understand customer requirements,



budget and property preferences.
- Follow up regularly with interested prospects.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the Sales Team.
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, site visits and lead status.
- Update CRM/Google Sheets or other lead management systems regularly.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for lead conversion and further follow-up.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all fresh and pending leads.
- Required SkillsMinimum 1–5 years of experience in Real Estate Digital Marketing.
- Good knowledge of Facebook, Instagram and Google Ads.
- Strong communication and telecalling skills.
- Good Hindi and English communication skills.
- Knowledge of lead generation and lead management.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, Google Sheets and MS Excel.
- Valuable follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Strong communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
- Preferred CandidateCandidates with experience in Real Estate Digital Marketing and Telecalling will be preferred.
- Experience in residential projects, property sales or real estate lead generation will be an advantage.
- Candidate should be target-oriented, confident and proactive.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Salary & BenefitsSalary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
