- Key ResponsibilitiesManage event production and on-ground execution.
- Coordinate with vendors, technicians, decorators, suppliers, and manpower teams.
- Handle stage setup, branding, production materials, equipment, and other event requirements.
- Conduct site visits and understand production requirements before events.
- Supervise the complete setup and execution at the event venue.
- Monitor vendor and manpower work and ensure timely completion.
- Handle production-related quotations, requirements, follow-ups, and basic documentation.
- Manage basic office/ODC work such as coordination, data entry, reports, follow-ups, and Excel work.
- Coordinate material movement, dispatch, collection, and return after events.
- Support the team in handling multiple events and ensure smooth execution.
- Resolve on-ground issues quickly and coordinate with the concerned teams.
- Candidate RequirementsExperience in Event Management, Event Production, Exhibition, Activation,



or related fields is preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Comfortable with field and on-ground work.
- Basic knowledge of powerpoint ,MS Excel, Word, and Email.
- Ability to coordinate professionally with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
- Good time-management and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours depending on event requirements.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
