Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with hospital management and receptionists.
- Train staff on Pay ₹0 pitching, eligibility checks and bookings.
- Work in office with hospital staff during live operations.
- Achieve daily booking and conversion targets.
- Identify and resolve operational challenges.
- Monitor hospital performance and improve conversions.
- Train staff on relevant healthcare services.
- Ensure smooth handover to hospital-owned operations.
- Monitor performance after handover and provide support when required.
- Collect patient feedback and resolve queries.
- Travel across assigned hospitals.
